Start here
You don’t need to be fit, experienced or “a fighter”. Show up in training gear, bring water, and James will take it from there. Classes are structured, coached and scaled to where you’re at.

Once James confirms your time and location, arrive a few minutes early so we can say g’day and get you set up.
Warm up, learn the fundamentals, hit pads. Go at your own pace — that’s the whole point of the first class.

Your coach
James is the reigning WMO middleweight world champion — a title he won on 16 August 2025 and defended on 11 April 2026 — and the WMC middleweight champion. James has spent six years working in gyms and is now building Sweet As Thai Boxing.
